I so agree with you regarding ScreenFlow, I brought that about a year ago now and I use that for making all my training videos. It's an amazing app. Another handy one I got the other day was mobile mouse. Allows me to control my mouse from my iPhone. Really handy for presentations. Nice list you have there.
