Well, it’s a blizzard outside my house this morning and it makes my heart smile. This is going to be a quick post as I have the important business of building a snowman and making snow angels with my kids this morning. When the snow cancelled all my appointments in London this week, I went a bit stir-crazy thinking of what I should be doing with my newly found time. Working for yourself is like working for the toughest boss, but after a few e-mails, blog posts and a bit of catch up I finally let myself off to do some baking. Much like your Xmas snow angel, no doubt, I haven’t done any baking during a week day in years, but it felt great and the biscuits? Well they aren’t pretty, but they sure taste great!
