It has become very cut throat in recent years as more &quot;accountants&quot; not qualified have come to the market, offering cheap accounting that lacks professional approach and more importantly accountancy qualification. 

Looking after exisiting clinets does pay rewards, Though they are times my customer service could be far better, but I learn from my mistakes!</description>
